Shipping & returns
Everything ships from Corona, California, in plastic-free packaging. Here's what that costs and how long it takes.
Shipping
Orders are packed and handed to USPS within two business days. Once it's in their hands, delivery usually takes another 2-5 business days for Standard and 1-3 for Express.

Standard shipping is free on orders of $35.00 or more. Express is always charged — getting something there faster genuinely costs more.
We ship within the United States only, for now. The rates shown at checkout are the ones that apply to your order.
Returns
If something isn't right, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it out. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the return.
- Sale items are final.
Stickers are small and the mail is not always gentle. If yours arrives bent or damaged, send a photo and we'll replace it — no return needed.
Lost packages
Standard shipping isn't tracked door-to-door. If it's been more than 10 business days since dispatch and nothing has arrived, get in touch and we'll make it right.
Either way you can check where an order stands at Find your order, with the email address you used and the order number from your confirmation email. Anything sent with a tracked service shows the carrier and number there.
